Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Business Strategist to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how to leverage them to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy and Planning: 1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies: Aligns with the company's business objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, and enhancing customer engagement. 2. Conduct social media audits: Analyze existing social media presence, including content, engagement, and analytics. 3. Create social media content calendars: Plan and schedule content in advance, ensuring consistency and efficiency. Content Creation and Curation: 1. Create high-quality, engaging social media content: Including text, images, videos, and infographics that resonate with the target audience. 2. Curate relevant, industry-specific content: Share user-generated content, industry news, and relevant articles to add value to the audience. 3. Optimize content for each social media platform: Ensure content is optimized for each platform's unique features, audience, and algorithms. Social Media Advertising and Promotion: 1. Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns: Create targeted ads that drive conversions, increase brand awareness, and reach new audiences. 2. Manage social media advertising budgets: Allocate budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and campaign efficiency. 3. Collaborate with influencers and partners: Partner with influencers, industry experts, and other organizations to expand the company's social media reach. Social Media Analytics and Reporting: 1. Monitor and analyze social media metrics: Track engagement, conversions, website traffic, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). 2. Create detailed social media reports: Provide insights, recommendations, and actionable data to stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making. 3. Adjust social media strategies based on analytics: Refine and optimize social media strategies based on data analysis and performance metrics. Business Development and Growth: 1. Identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans: Identify opportunities to drive business growth through social media, and develop strategic plans to capitalize on these opportunities. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and maximize business impact. 3. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices: Stay current with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to continuously improve social media strategies. Requirements and Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field: A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 2. 5+ years of experience in social media marketing: Proven experience in developing and implementing successful social media strategies that drive business growth. 3. Strong understanding of social media platforms: In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In, You Tube, and other social media platforms. 4. Excellent content creation and curation skills: Ability to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with the target audience. 5. Strong analytical and reporting skills: Ability to analyze social media metrics, create detailed reports, and provide actionable insights.
