**Job Brief**

**Main Responsibilities**
l Identify online bidding opportunities and submit tailored proposals.
l Build and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs and negotiating terms.
l Monitor and manage bids, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
l Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.
l Track bid performance and provide insights for strategy improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business development with proven experience in online bidding or business development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong proposal writing skills.
- Proficiency in online bidding platforms and CRM tools.
- Exposure or experience with MNCs is a must
- Analytical Skills and Research Abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful lead generation strategies.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
