**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Hilton sales team. This target-based role is designed for individuals who are passionate about building relationships, driving revenue, and achieving sales targets within the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and maximizing revenue growth for GKT.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for group bookings, corporate accounts, and individual sales.
- **Business Development**: Prospect and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that maximize revenue.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion**: Identify potential leads, qualify prospects, and close sales to drive hotel revenue.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and local market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Sales Presentations & Proposals**: Create compelling sales presentations and proposals for clients, ensuring Hilton's offerings are presented effectively.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the hotel’s operational teams to ensure a seamless client experience and satisfaction.
- **Reporting & Administration**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and pipeline using the CRM system. Provide regular updates and reports to sales management.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven sales experience, preferably within the hospitality or related industries (e.g., travel, events).
- Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools (e.g., Zoho, Delphi).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality preferred.
- A positive, customer-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality.
