**Key Responsibilities**
- **Guide** customers through the platform for selecting and booking verified event vendors, ensuring a smooth service experience.
- **Address and Resolve** customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, demonstrating a strong customer-first commitment.
- **Maintain** accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the **CRM system**.
- **Follow Up** with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and build long-term client relationships.
- **Coordinate** closely with the sales and vendor management teams to resolve complex support issues efficiently.
- **Collect and Analyze** customer feedback, sharing actionable insights with the internal team to continuously improve services.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in **Customer Service**, **Telecalling**, or **Client Relationship Management**.
- **Language Proficiency**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both **English and Malayalam (mandatory)**.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, **Excel**) for data entry, reporting, and organizational tasks.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven **customer-centric approach** and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to **multitask**, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree, Plus Two, or Diploma (preferred).
