**Job Title**: Client Servicing Executive

**Location**: Kandivali

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships by regularly communicating with clients to understand their needs.
- Identify and respond to client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product) to deliver on client requirements.
- Ensure all client projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, addressing any delays or concerns and keeping clients updated.
- **Client Onboarding and Training**:

- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, familiarizing them with products or services.
- Conduct training sessions to help clients maximize the value of the products/services.
- Develop and update onboarding materials to ensure an efficient and informative process.
- **Upselling and Cross-Selling**:

- Identify opportunities for additional services or product features that align with client needs.
- Educate clients on new services or products to enhance their experience and grow accounts.
- Work closely with the sales team to expand client accounts based on client goals and business offerings.
- **Client Feedback and Reporting**:

- Collect and document client feedback to inform future product and service improvements.
- Analyze client data and provide regular reports on account status, key metrics, and any outstanding issues.
- Develop and implement action plans based on client feedback to improve service levels.
- **Contract Management**:

- Ensure all agreements and renewals are managed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Address any contractual questions or concerns with clarity and professionalism.
- Work with legal or administrative teams to manage contract renewals, amendments, or cancellations.
- **Problem Solving and Issue Resolution**:

- Quickly identify, investigate, and resolve client concerns or issues.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams as necessary and follow through to resolution.
- Document resolutions and maintain an up-to-date record of recurring issues and solutions.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2-4 years of experience in client servicing, customer success, or account management.
- Experience in [industry specific to the company, e.g., advertising, IT, financial services] is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse client profiles.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:
