**Responsibilities**:
1) Telecalling
2) Conduct outbound calls to schedule service appointments for customers' vehicles.
3) Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries regarding services, pricing, and appointment availability.
4) Follow up with customers for service reminders, updates on repairs, and post-service feedback.
5) Provide information on service packages, promotions, and additional offerings.
6) Collect and record customer details accurately into the database or CRM system.
7) Resolve customer complaints or issues regarding service appointments or vehicle repairs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
