The Field Sales Officer for TMT Rebars is responsible for driving sales growth through direct engagement with contractors, retailers and end consumers. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with key customers, and achieving sales targets. The position requires an individual with strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and engage with potential customers such as builders, contractors, and distributors in the assigned geographic region.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Track and analyze competitor activity in the region to anticipate market shifts.
- **Order Management**:

- Process orders and follow up on timely deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all sales transactions.
- Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain teams to track inventory, deliveries, and customer order status.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including customer visits, inquiries, quotes, and closures.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the sales manager regarding performance against targets, sales forecasts, and customer feedback.
- **Customer Support & Service**:

- Provide after-sales support to customers by assisting with any issues or concerns related to product quality, delivery, or billing.
- Attend to customer complaints or queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge & Presentation**:

- Maintain a strong understanding of TMT Rebars’ technical features, benefits, and advantages.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations for customers to showcase the quality and benefits of TMT Rebars for construction projects.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials sector (steel, cement, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Working Conditions**:

- Field-based, requiring frequent travel within the assigned region.
- Regular reporting to the sales head.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong sales background and a passion for the construction and building materials industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
