**Customer Success Associate**

The customer Service associate is the first point of interaction and can be instrumental in making a strong impression of our company with our client. The associate needs to be polite, knowledgeable and be able to help or redirect a query depending on its nature.

**Objective - Customer Success - Creating A Great First Impression.(FCR)**

**Key Result 1**:Ensure 100% FCR on every interaction with customers to avoid bad experience.

**Key Result 2**:Increase efficiency to do minimum 80 Count interaction on a daily basis within Lob's.

**Key Result 3**:Ensure to obtain 90% positive CSAT feedback from all customers.

**Objective - Improving Customer Satisfaction With Support Team’s Work**

Key Result 1**: 100% of calls should be answered within 30 Sec.

Key Result 2**:Ensure to maintain a quality score above 85% every month.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer support: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
