As we continue to grow, we are now looking for an Executive Producer to join our dynamic team in our office in Bangalore. The team is a powerhouse of creativity, dedicated to bringing exciting game concepts to life.

As an Executive Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of thrilling game projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality. You will work closely with our talented design, art, and development teams. Together, you will create unforgettable gaming experiences that resonate with players and elevate Kwalee’s brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the production of multiple game projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Define clear objectives and KPIs, making adjustments as necessary to drive success.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, implementing effective contingency plans.
- Inspire and mentor development teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Bangalore studio and other departments, ensuring seamless communication.
- Collaborate with external partners to maintain clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Contribute to the production strategy by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate insights to enhance studio growth.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive background across various game genres, with a strong focus on casual and hybridcasual games.
- Proven success in managing live game operations and enhancing player engagement.
- Expertise in leveraging analytics for data-driven decision-making to improve production outcomes.
- Strong skills in budget management and resource allocation to maximise project efficiency.
- Exceptional creative problem-solving abilities for overcoming production challenges.
- In-depth understanding of current and emerging trends shaping the gaming industry.
- Based in our office in Bangalore, following our hybrid model with 4 days per week on-site.
