**Job Summary**:
The client manages all aspects of physical security at corporate locations throughout Asia Pacific (APAC) and is a leader in security management, policy, and best practices. The client is looking for a Regional Operations Coordinator (ROC) for APAC who will support the day-to-day operations and regional projects in the APAC region. This role would suit early-career leaders, seeking a challenge in a fast-paced environment. Someone who is ready and eager to do everything, every-day with the same level of energy and entrepreneurial spirit of their first day. If you are highly-organized, an excellent communicator (both written and verbal), a strategic thinker, and have an eye for detail, you will have plenty of opportunity for growth in the team, and will gain exposure and experience across the organization and region.

**Essential Functions**:

- Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Support internal improvement programs, including process reviews and change management.
- Support the development of regional strategy and contribute to global programs
- Support the identification and implementation of lessons-learned, included developing policy and procedures.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the regional corporate security team
- Work jointly with stakeholders across the business to implement service improvement projects and programs.

**Education, Experience, and Certifications**:

- Regular MBA from a reputed institute or Master's Degree or equivalent education or experience.
- 10 years' experience in public or private sector.
- Consulting or advisory experience.
- Project Management qualifications
- Experience of dealing with data analysis and interpretation, information and intelligence. Skilled in developing metrics.

**Competencies**:

- Understanding of international relationship building and development of cross-functional/peer relationships.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (both written and verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills).
- Results-oriented with strong delivery focus who can work independently and collaboratively with global teams.
- Ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the enterprise.
- Advanced skills in data analytics, spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time with little to no notice.
- Must be fluent in English.

- Must be willing to work for 24*7 and 5 Days in a week.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
