**Experience**: 1-3 years preferred
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
- **Customer Query Handling**:
- Resolve customer issues accurately and within the agreed timeframe.
- **Issue Resolution & Escalation**:
- Identify customer needs and guide them on appropriate solutions.
- Escalate unresolved complaints to the appropriate internal teams.
- **CRM & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit reports on customer feedback, issues, and trends.
- **Product/Service Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on product features, service offerings, and company policies.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
- **Customer Satisfaction & Retention**:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent support.
- Follow up on customer interactions to ensure issues are fully resolved.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
