**Job Title**: Jewellery Sales Executive

**Location**: Grant Road, Mumbai
**Experience**: 3-5 years

**Salary Range**: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery items based on their preferences and budget.
- Demonstrate product features, quality, and craftsmanship to enhance customer experience.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain an attractive product display and ensure showroom cleanliness.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Build strong relationships with repeat customers and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends, designs, and market pricing.
- Support stock management and inventory control activities.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3-5 years** of experience in **jewellery sales or luxury retail**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Ability to handle high-value transactions with honesty and precision.
- Fluency in **English, Hindi, and Marathi** (preferred).
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
