**Job Summary**:
We’re searching for a **Sales & Customer Support Executive**—someone who can charm customers, match them with their dream pet, and close deals with flair. Your job? Turn leads into lifelong pet parents and make tails wag (literally and figuratively) while driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be the ultimate pet matchmaker—help customers find their ideal furry (or not-so-furry) friend.
- Follow up like a pro to ensure our customers don’t just visit—they commit.
- Educate pet lovers on responsible pet ownership, care essentials, and what to expect when expecting a pet
- Team up with our marketing and operations crew to enhance the customer experience.
- Hit and exceed targets like a true sales ninja

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: 0-3 years in sales, customer service, or a related field. (Freshers with a hunger to sell and a love for pets are welcome)
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- **People Person**: Exceptional communication and persuasion skills—you should be able to sell a chew toy to a cat
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and navigating digital sales platforms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
