About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **Sales & Marketing Executive** to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves networking, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to **visit residential societies and builders**, introduce them to our innovative solutions, and **onboard them as clients**.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to **residential societies, apartments, and builders**.
- Build strong relationships with society management committees, RWA, and builders.
- Present and explain our product/services in a professional and compelling way.
- **Onboard new societies and clients** onto our platform.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to confidently meet and present to clients in the field.
- Self-motivated and customer-focused.
- Previous sales/marketing experience (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Two-wheeler and smartphone (preferred for travel and coordination).
