**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Retail Counter Sales**:
- Visit retail counters regularly to promote and sell Ramgarh 1823 incense sticks.
- Demonstrate product features, emphasizing the unique selling points, including burn time and white smoke.
- Ensure optimal product placement and visibility at retail outlets.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by engaging with customers and closing sales.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners.
- Identify and approach new retail outlets to expand the brand’s presence.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to the product.
- Gather feedback from retailers and customers to help improve product offerings and services.
- **Distributor Hiring and Management**:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard potential distributors to expand market coverage.
- Train distributors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Monitor distributor performance and provide support to ensure they meet sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase distributor engagement and loyalty.
- **Marketing and Brand Promotion**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional activities, including in-store promotions, sampling campaigns, and events.
- Provide input on marketing materials and ensure they are effectively utilized at retail locations.
- Report on competitor activities and market trends to help shape future marketing strategies.
- **Reporting**:
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Keep track of sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
- Provide insights on market conditions and suggest improvements to sales strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet retail partners and distributors.
