Job Description: Sales and Marketing Executive (Female)

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Customer Engagement**:

- Promote and sell our nutrition products to customers in person or via digital platforms.
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable products.
- **Marketing Activities**:

- Plan and execute promotional activities, including participation in health events and product sampling.
- Develop and manage social media campaigns to increase product visibility and brand awareness.
- **Market Research**:

- Identify new sales opportunities through market research and customer insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends to suggest new strategies for growth.
- **Reporting and Coordination**:

- Maintain sales records and prepare periodic reports for management review.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum education: High School (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and marketing experience in the nutrition or wellness industry is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of nutrition and fitness concepts is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and social media platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
