We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales and Marketing Fresher at SuperCards. As a Sales and Marketing Fresher, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our innovative digital business card solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to kick-start their career in sales and marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of SuperCards to potential customers
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate our value proposition
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and marketing
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends
- Prior experience or knowledge in sales and marketing will be an added advantage
