**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote our medical devices and achieve company objectives.
- Generate leads, identify potential customers, and actively engage in the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Track and analyze sales and marketing metrics to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the medical devices industry.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose effective solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate a high level of accountability and initiative.
- Knowledge of medical devices regulations and industry trends is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
