We are looking for a creative and results-driven **Social Media Executive** to manage and grow our online presence. The role involves planning, creating, and executing engaging social media strategies across platforms to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
- Research and identify trends to ensure content is relevant and engaging.
- **Content Creation**:

- Create high-quality and engaging posts, stories, and reels tailored to each platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers for visual content.
- Write compelling captions and manage hashtags to boost discoverability.
- **Community Management**:

- Respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly to foster a strong online community.
- Monitor brand mentions and engage with followers to enhance relationships.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to achieve specific goals such as traffic, engagement, or lead generation.
- Optimize ad performance by monitoring metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in managing social media platforms for a brand or business.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
