
Administrative Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist with the organization of company events, conferences, and workshops.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure proper functioning of office facilities.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with basic HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating employee benefits.
- Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
