**Job Summary**:

**Sales Execution**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with potential customers.
- Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, and close deals effectively.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts regularly.

**Marketing Execution**:

- Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events).
- Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for promotional activities.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (industry-specific experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
