**IT ADMIN/IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT**

Required skills and Experience:

- Degree in IT or related discipline.
- Experienced and capable of handling IT infrastructure, services, systems, and networks.
- Deploy, monitor, and configure NAS devices.
- Knowledge in network configuration and management of DNS, DHCP, and Implementation of LAN and WAN - Broadband connectivity in the company location.
- Knowledge in CCTV, firewall management, access points, wireless, controllers, VPN etc.
- Hands-on experience in Windows installation, Linux, macos, G Suite, and ZOHO.
- Manage, conduct tests, and regularly update the IT disaster recovery strategy for the organization.
- Responsible for backup management. Ensure that all backups are taken as per IT policy and schedule within the organization and facilitate the minimum loss of data and downtime in case of a disaster.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Provide direction, guidance, and support to infrastructure team members in all areas whenever required.
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

**Salary**: ₹9,656.30 - ₹25,000.17 per month
