**Job Description**:
Position Overview:
As an Sales and Marketing Representative at Shehnaz Traders and Exporters, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets in your assigned territory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research to identify potential customers within your designated territory. Utilize various sources such as cold calling, networking events, and online resources to generate leads.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and requirements, and tailor your sales approach to meet them effectively.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of our Alloy Steels, and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing how our Products can meet their specific needs and provide value.
- Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable contracts. Close deals and manage the entire sales process from start to finish.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using our CRM system. Provide regular reports to management on sales progress
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies for growth.

Qualifications:
Proven track record in outside sales or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**MUST HAVE** a Valid driver's license and reliable transportation ( The company shall assume responsibility for covering the petrol charges.)

Pay: ₹20000 - ₹30000 per month
