Job Title: Sales and Marketing Representative

**Job Description**:
As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our company's products and services to potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share. You will be the face of the company, interacting with clients and prospects to build strong relationships and identify opportunities for business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales and marketing plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
2. Identify potential customers and new markets, conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out and engaging new leads.
4. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure a consistent brand image and messaging.
6. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
7. Utilize various marketing channels, including digital and traditional platforms, to reach target audiences effectively.
8. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
9. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues to ensure client satisfaction.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to recommend strategic adjustments to the sales and marketing approach.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the relevant industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and close deals.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and translate them into successful sales strategies.
- Proficiency in using various marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
