**Marketing Representative**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement **sales and marketing strategies** to drive business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, industry trends, and competitors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to **plan and execute promotional campaigns** for Ayurveda and wellness products.
- Manage **B2B and B2C sales** efforts, including partnerships and direct sales initiatives.
- Work on **branding and positioning strategies** to increase market presence.
- Track and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade fairs.

**Requirements**:

- **MBA graduate** with a specialization in Marketing, Business Strategy, or a related field.
- **Proven experience in sales and business strategy**, preferably in the Ayurveda, wellness, or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of **market research, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis**.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation skills**.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
