**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging, comprehensive SAP FI training programs in both classroom and virtual settings.
- Create course materials, including presentations, manuals, exercises, and assessments.
- Tailor training content to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Stay current with the latest SAP FI functionalities, tools, and industry best practices.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and real-world examples to enhance learning.
- Evaluate students' performance and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- Assist in the creation and updating of e-learning materials and resources.
- Collaborate with other SAP instructors and training professionals to improve the overall training experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or SAP certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP FI, including implementation, configuration, and support.
- Proven experience in teaching or training, with a clear ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Familiarity with other SAP modules and integration points is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel if necessary for in-person training sessions.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with online learning platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Additional SAP certifications (e.g., SAP CO, SAP S/4HANA Finance) are highly desirable.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: ₹900.00 per hour
