- Job Description
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementations and enhancements.
- Configure and maintain modules such as **Contingent Workforce**, **Statement of Work (SOW)**, and **Services Procurement**.
- Gather and document business requirements and map them to SAP Fieldglass functionalities.
- Develop and execute test scripts for UAT and system testing.
- Design and configure **approval workflows**, **rate structures**, **custom forms**, and **reporting dashboards**.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including **HR**, **procurement**, **finance**, **suppliers**, and **IT** teams.
- Support change management and end-user training activities.
