We are a small but dynamic garment production house specializing in different type of garments. We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship and timely delivery.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Merchandiser to oversee all operational aspects of our garment production house. This pivotal role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing inventory, coordinating with fabricators, communicating with buyers, and ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of all production orders.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all trims and accessories inventory levels.
- Monitor stock levels and proactively order materials to avoid production delays.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve any discrepancies.
- Liaise with suppliers for pricing, quality, and delivery timelines of trims and accessories.
- **Production Coordination**:

- Coordinate with fabricators to track the progress of fabric production.
- Obtain regular updates on production schedules and proactively address any potential issues.
- Ensure fabric quality and adherence to specifications.
- Work closely with the production floor to monitor garment manufacturing progress.
- **Buyer Communication & Order Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers regarding order status and updates.
- Handle all order-related correspondence, including order confirmations, amendments, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain a detailed and organized system for tracking all active orders.
- Ensure all buyer requirements and specifications are clearly communicated and met throughout the production process.
- **General Operations**:

- Maintain organized records of all production-related activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production cycle.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards at all stages of production.
- Assist with other operational tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in garment production management, preferably within a small production house setting.
- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes and materials.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory management and record-keeping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with fabricators and buyers.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
