We're looking to **hire** an **immediate joiner** for the role of **Merchandiser**. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire process of **sample development** and **garment production**. You'll ensure **timely completion**, **adherence** to **quality standards**, and **cost efficiency** throughout the workflow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end sample development & bulk production processes.
- Monitor production timelines & address delays/bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, quality, etc.) to resolve issues.
- Source & manage vendors (embroidery, printing, washing/dyeing, fabricators, pattern masters, tailors).
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, costs & supplier communications.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years experience in merchandising or a similar role, preferably with a Menswear Brand
- Strong negotiation skills to secure best deals
- Sharp attention to detail for quality & stock accuracy
- Deep knowledge of fabric types, textures & production uses

**Working Days : Monday to Saturday**

**Office Timings : 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM**

**Salary : Upto ₹30,000 Per Month**
