**Title-Visual Merchandiser**

key Responsibilities:

- Visual Merchandising: Design and execute visually compelling displays that showcase merchandise effectively, incorporating elements such as color coordination, lighting, props, and signage to attract customer attention and highlight key products.
- Product Placement: Arrange merchandise on the sales floor according to established guidelines, ensuring that items are grouped logically, sized appropriately, and replenished as needed to maintain a full and appealing presentation.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed about current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitors' offerings to inform merchandising decisions and keep the store's assortment relevant and competitive.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and communicating inventory needs to the management team to ensure adequate product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
- Seasonal Displays: Plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays to coincide with holidays, special events, or sales initiatives, leveraging seasonal themes and coordinating with marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Store Layout Optimization: Collaborate with store management to optimize the store layout for traffic flow and customer convenience, making adjustments as necessary to improve the overall shopping experience and maximize sales opportunities.
- Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers to provide assistance, answer questions, and promote featured products, contributing to a positive shopping experience and fostering customer loyalty.
- Compliance and Safety: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding merchandising standards, safety protocols, and loss prevention measures to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees and customers.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail merchandising, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Knowledge of fashion trends, styles, and brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
