Job Summary:We are looking for a creative and experiencedSenior Manager – Visual Merchandiserto lead our visual merchandising team and develop impactful visual strategies that enhance brand presence and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail environments, consumer behavior, and the latest trends in visual merchandising, with the ability to translate brand vision into compelling store experiences.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative visual merchandising strategies and seasonal themes aligned with brand positioning and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing, sales, product design, and retail operations teams to ensure consistent brand presentation. Oversee the creation and installation of window displays, in-store layouts, signage, and promotional setups to maximize customer engagement and sales. Analyze store performance metrics and customer feedback to refine merchandising strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new visual merchandising techniques. Manage budgeting, planning, and vendor coordination related to visual merchandising materials and resources. Conduct regular store audits and provide guidance to ensure visual standards are maintained. Train and develop store-level visual merchandisers and retail staff on visual merchandising standards and techniques.Required Qualifications and Experience:Total Experience:Minimum 8-12 years in visual merchandising Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and innovation in visual merchandising. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in visual merchandising tools and software. Understanding of retail sales metrics and customer psychology.
