**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for increased profitability.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for stores in your area and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with store managers to support daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing loss.
- Design and conduct training programs for staff, focusing on soft skills, customer handling,
- Focus on cross-selling and upselling to enhance customer purchases and increase average transaction value.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among store employees to meet and exceed store targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in retail management, specifically within clothing brands.
- Prior experience as a Store Manager or in a comparable role with a strong understanding of store operations and administration.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
