**Job Summary**:
The **Store Sales Executive** is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring an outstanding in-store shopping experience. The role involves assisting customers with product selection, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Service & Sales**
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting clothing, accessories, and related products.
- Understand customer preferences to recommend suitable styles, fits, and collections.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle billing, returns, and exchanges as per company policy.

**2. Product Knowledge**
- Maintain strong knowledge of current fashion trends, fabrics, fits, and collections.
- Communicate key product features and styling options to customers.
- Keep updated on new arrivals, promotions, and special offers.

**3. Visual Merchandising & Store Upkeep**
- Ensure products are well-displayed, organized, and attractively presented.
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.

**4. Operations & Reporting**
- Manage POS operations (billing, cash handling, and daily sales reconciliation).
- Participate in stock-taking, inventory management, and replenishment.
- Report customer feedback, sales trends, and inventory issues to the Store Manager.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: 10+2 / Graduate in any discipline (BBA / Retail Management preferred).
- **Experience**: 1-4 years in retail apparel sales (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
- **Industry Preference**: Fashion, Apparel, Footwear, or Lifestyle Retail.

- Basic computer skills (POS, billing software).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
