**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Control Tower Executive/Customer care Executive** to oversee and manage end-to-end visibility of supply chain movements. This role requires strong coordination, analytical skills, and a focus on real-time monitoring to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods across the logistics network.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor shipments across multiple lanes and locations using control tower tools and systems.
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and customer teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track and report real-time status of shipments and flag any delays or deviations
- Provide timely updates and alerts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze transit delays and suggest process improvements. Maintain accurate records of movement, delays, and escalations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards and reports.
- Escalate issues proactively to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with customer SOPs and SLA adherence

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle real-time operational challenges
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and logistics tracking platforms
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment
- Understanding of transportation management systems (TMS) or control tower tools is a plus

**Qualifications**:Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
