This would be an Individual Contributor role based in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Skills necessary to be successful in this role are as given below:

- Understand and be able to support the supplier creation process
- Review process improvement to add value or create efficiencies (metrics, KPIs)
- Assist Procurement personnel in the resolve outstanding Overages, Shortages, & Damage Reports.
- Assist Procurement personnel obtaining Monthly Required Reports.
- Contract Administration - Manage existing contracts, dispute resolution, changes, renewal, default
- The Associate Procurement Specialist will support the management of corporate indirect spend within a specific category or regional area(s)
- Assist in the execution of global strategies for short and long range goals
- Proven collaboration and interpersonal skills required to support and participate in cross functional category teams

Soft Skills
- Fluent in English, verbal and written.
- Able to work on multiple assignments
- Able to work at times in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining accuracy.
- Hands-on/practical approach, self-starter, team player.
- Out of the box solutions-thinking attitude.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-Power Point & MS-Word (Advanced skills - desirable).
- Good knowledge of Outlook, SharePoint.

Education / Qualifications

Education: Preferred Business Graduates, MBA or Equivalent University Degree.
