**Job Summary**:
The IT Executive for Hospital Information System (HIS) Software
Support & Hardware is responsible for providing technical support for
HIS software, ensuring its smooth operation, and troubleshooting
related hardware issues. This role involves managing and maintaining
the hospital's IT infrastructure, ensuring system updates, handling
technical queries from hospital staff, and supporting hardware
components used within the hospital’s IT environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**HIS Software Support**: Troubleshoot and provide technical support for
HIS software, including diagnosing issues, providing user assistance,
and resolving software-related problems.
**Hardware Maintenance**: Ensure proper functioning of hospital IT
hardware (servers, workstations, printers, etc.) and perform routine
checks and maintenance.
**System Updates**:Regularly update HIS software and hardware to ensure
system security and efficiency.
**User Training & Support**: Assist hospital staff with the use of HIS,
conduct training, and provide ongoing technical support.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve hardware or software issues
promptly, minimizing downtime and disruptions in hospital operations.
Collaboration: Work closely with other IT staff, healthcare
professionals, and external vendors to ensure seamless system
integration and support.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
**Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, preferably
in a healthcare setting.
**Skills**: Knowledge of HIS software, hardware troubleshooting, and basic
system administration.

**SALARY : 15000K TO 25000K.**
