IT Sales - US Shift (In-Office)
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with good experience in IT sales in the US market. The work will require you to work the night shift.
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate, nurture & and acquire leads for all services
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle
- Focusing more on building a team and enabling sales.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Understand client's needs, conduct client meetings, and follow up with potential clients to customize their business proposals
- Driving sales from geographies like the USA, EMEA region, and Australia.
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to establish, develop, and maintain business relationships, and great presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of selling digital services to leading brands and corporate organizations
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close business with prospective clients.
- Ability to establish long-term associations with prospects and existing clients to retain business
- Creating a roadmap and targets to meet the company's short-term and long-term goals and ensuring they are met
- Possess a pleasant, warm, approachable, and proactive personality with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a sense of ownership.
- 2-5 years of experience in IT Sales
