**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive initial experience.
- Qualifying businesses for capital funding up to $5 MN.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working closely with the sales team to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications within the CRM system.
- Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude in all client interactions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Proven experience in US sales, client relationship management, Min 1+ years.
- **Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal. This is a critical requirement for this role. American accent is preferred.**:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience in a US B2B sales process is a plus.
