Job Summary:
The Marketing Generalist is a dynamic and adaptable professional responsible for executing a wide range of marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and SEO performance. This role spans content creation, digital marketing, social media, website management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive consistent growth and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and communication strategy.

Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content, manage daily posting, monitor engagement, and foster community growth.
- Handle Online Reputation Management (ORM) by engaging with feedback, reviews, and public comments.

SEO & SEM
- Execute on-page SEO strategies including keyword research, meta tags, and internal linking.
- Conduct regular SEO audits to identify and fix issues.
- Manage and optimize local SEO listings and content.
- Run paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
- Coordinate and execute link-building campaigns and outreach.
- Collaborate with tech teams to implement technical SEO improvements (site speed, mobile responsiveness, structured data).
- Monitor and resolve SEO issues such as Google penalties or indexing problems.

Campaign Coordination
- Plan, launch, and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
- Coordinate between design, content, and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.

Website Management
- Regularly update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Work with design and development teams to improve user experience through basic UX/UI optimization.

Market Research
- Research competitors, industry trends, and audience behavior to identify new opportunities.
- Contribute findings to refine strategy and messaging.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track key marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to generate reports and improve performance.

Public Relations
- Draft and distribute press releases and media materials.
- Assist with PR initiatives and communication strategies for events, partnerships, and announcements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales, product, branding, and design teams to align marketing with company objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all internal and external touchpoints.

Brand Management
- Maintain brand consistency across all content and channels.
- Uphold and enforce brand guidelines in all marketing assets.

Continuous Learning
- Stay updated with evolving marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Recommend and adopt new strategies for improved marketing effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva, and scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Creative thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,593.49 - ₹25,000.00 per month
