Role Overview

We're looking for a Multimedia Generalist who blends creativity, design, and motion. You'll create compelling static and video content for digital campaigns — combining visual design skills with storytelling and motion graphics. A plus if you're experimenting with AI creative tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging digital creatives (static, GIFs, and videos) for social media, ads, and brand campaigns.
  • Conceptualize and animate brand stories, explainer videos, and short-form content.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
  • Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, animation techniques, and emerging AI tools.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables efficiently.

Required Skills

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Figma, Canva (for design adaptation and layout work)
  • Strong understanding of color, typography, and motion principles
  • Video editing and animation skills
  • Creative thinking, attention to detail, and ownership of work

Good to Have

  • Experience with AI-driven design tools like Midjourney, RunwayML, Leonardo.Ai, or Pika Labs
  • Familiarity with text-to-image and image-to-video generation models
  • Knowledge of automation tools or creative workflows using AI

Desired Profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in both graphic and motion design
  • Strong portfolio (mandatory) showcasing static and motion work
  • Experience with FMCG, D2C, or B2B/SaaS brands preferred
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative
