Job Description for a Customer Support Role - International Process
**Process Name** - Travel Club India
**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support,
- Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
- Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate with 1 year voice experience in any
- customer service/ hospitality / travel experience
- Communication and thought process has to be good.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be comfortable working from the office.
**Shift Timings** - 5 days working - Male - 6 am - 12 am (any 9 (nine) hours shift)
Female - 6 am - 8 pm (any 9 (nine) hours shift)
**Job Location**: Noida - A - 37, Gate No - 01, Sector - 60, Noida - 201301
**Job Type**: Full Time
**Pay**:Rs. 40,000 CTC per month
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
