**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning & Delivery**:

- Prepare and deliver engaging and comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the syllabus.
- Utilize innovative teaching methodologies, including technology integration, to enhance the learning experience.
- **Subject Knowledge & Curriculum**:

- Teach English literature, grammar, and language skills effectively.
- Cover key areas such as prose, poetry, drama, essay writing, and comprehension.
- Prepare students for board exams and competitive assessments.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Design and administer tests, quizzes, and assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve student performance.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a disciplined, respectful, and engaging classroom environment.
- Address behavioral issues promptly and professionally.
- **Academic Development**:

- Stay updated with current educational trends and best practices in English teaching.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions as required.
- **Parental Communication**:

- Regularly update parents about student progress during meetings or through progress reports.
- Address parent concerns and collaborate with them for student development.
- **Extracurricular Activities**:

- Encourage participation in debates, elocutions, and creative writing competitions.
- Organize and mentor students for literary activities like plays, book reviews, and poetry recitation.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Participate in staff meetings and school events.
- Assist with the preparation and execution of school programs like annual functions or parent-teacher conferences.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
