**Key Responsibilities:Subject-Specific Teaching**:

- **English**:

- Teach advanced topics in English literature, grammar, and language skills.
- Develop students' analytical and creative skills through discussions, essay writing, and literary analysis.
- Prepare students for competitive exams like Olympiads, SATs, and entrance tests.
- **History**:

- Deliver lessons on historical events, cultural developments, and global history concepts.
- Foster critical thinking and analytical skills through debates, discussions, and primary source analysis.
- Guide students in research-based projects and history-related competitions.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed lesson plans, presentations, and teaching aids to make the learning process interactive.
- Design and implement assessments, quizzes, and projects to evaluate student performance.
- Assist students in preparing for board exams (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Provide individual attention and remedial support to students as needed.
- Stay updated on syllabus changes, examination patterns, and educational trends.

**Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a disciplined and positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Encourage student participation and engagement in both academic and co-curricular activities.
- Manage time effectively to ensure syllabus completion.

**Parent and Peer Collaboration**:

- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and department heads to share best practices and resources.

**Professional Development**:

- Participate in curriculum development and other school initiatives.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
