**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Economics lessons as per the prescribed syllabus (CBSE/ICSE/IB/State Board).
- Ensure interactive and student-centered teaching methodologies.
- Integrate real-life examples and current economic trends into lessons.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Design and conduct periodic tests, assignments, and projects.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams.
- **Student Engagement & Development**:

- Foster an interest in Economics through discussions, case studies, and research-based projects.
- Encourage critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Organize and guide students in Economics-related extracurricular activities (debates, quizzes, business simulations, etc.).
- **Classroom & Resource Management**:

- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Utilize digital tools and smart classroom technologies to enhance learning.
- **Collaboration & Professional Development**:

- Coordinate with fellow teachers and school management for curriculum planning and improvement.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Stay updated with new developments in Economics and teaching methodologies.
- **Parental Communication & Reporting**:

- Regularly communicate with parents regarding student progress.
- Prepare academic reports and contribute to parent-teacher meetings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
