Stem and Robotics Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and implement engaging STEM and robotics lessons aligned with educational standards.
- Develop age-appropriate projects and activities to enhance learning outcomes.
- Incorporate coding, programming, and engineering principles into the curriculum.
- **Classroom Teaching**:

- Use technology and tools such as Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO Mindstorms, or similar platforms.
- Encourage teamwork and problem-solving through collaborative projects and challenges.
- **Lab Management**:

- Maintain robotics and STEM lab equipment, ensuring safety and functionality.
- Set up and manage technology-based learning environments for hands-on activities.
- Recommend procurement of tools, software, and kits for effective teaching.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Evaluate and monitor student progress through projects, assignments, and assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to foster improvement and innovation.
- **Workshops & Competitions**:

- Organize STEM and robotics workshops, hackathons, and coding bootcamps.
- Prepare students for local, national, and international robotics competitions.
- Encourage participation in STEM-based clubs and events.
- **Parental and Community Engagement**:

- Communicate with parents about student achievements and progress in STEM and robotics.
- Promote awareness of STEM education by organizing community outreach programs.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on advancements in robotics, coding, and STEM education.
- Attend relevant workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance expertise.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
