**Position Summary**

The **Additive Manufacturing Tools Instructor [Level 1]** will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality video content focused on additive manufacturing tools. This includes explaining and demonstrating the use of 3D printing software, hardware, and related technologies. The instructor will be expected to record daily video tutorials (approximately 2 hours of commitment per day) that will be shared on **YouTube**. The revenue generated from the videos will be shared with the instructor based on the earnings over a **one-year period**. The role is designed for someone passionate about teaching and guiding learners in the rapidly evolving field of additive manufacturing.

**Responsibilities**
- **Develop and deliver engaging educational content** on additive manufacturing tools, including CAD software, 3D printing techniques, and related technologies.
- **Create video tutorials** that demonstrate the use of additive manufacturing tools, with a focus on clear, practical instructions for beginners.
- **Design course materials** such as guides, templates, and exercises that complement the video tutorials.
- **Post and manage videos on YouTube**, ensuring they are informative and accessible to a wide audience.
- **Respond to comments and questions** from learners on YouTube, providing support and guidance on the material presented.
- **Stay up to date with the latest trends** and technologies in the additive manufacturing industry, incorporating new insights into course materials.
- **Collaborate with the Mastering Up team** to ensure the course content aligns with learner needs and industry standards.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Experience in Additive Manufacturing**: Knowledge and hands-on experience with 3D printing techniques, including but not limited to FDM, SLA, SLS, and other popular 3D printing technologies.
- **Technical expertise with CAD and 3D modeling software**: Proficiency with software tools such as Autodesk Fusion 360, Tinkercad, SolidWorks, or similar programs.
- **Experience in teaching or content creation**: Previous experience in creating educational content, either through online platforms, workshops, or as a trainer.
- **Basic video production skills**: Ability to record and edit educational videos using tools like Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, or similar software.
- **Solid communication skills**: Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and approachable manner.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields** with a focus on additive manufacturing.
- **Industry certifications** in additive manufacturing or 3D printing technologies.
- **Experience with a variety of 3D printing hardware and software** tools, including both professional and hobbyist-grade systems.
- **Experience teaching online** or using video-based learning platforms.
