We are seeking a **CAD and CAM Tools Instructor** to join our team and share valuable knowledge in the area of **Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM)** through engaging video content.

**Position Summary**

As a **CAD and CAM Tools Instructor**, you will be responsible for creating and delivering instructional content on CAD and CAM tools, helping students, engineers, and designers enhance their skills in designing and manufacturing using advanced software. The instructor’s lecture videos will be uploaded on YouTube, and the revenue generated from views will be shared with the instructor **on a one-time basis**, based on the revenue generated within the first year. The position requires a **daily commitment of 2 hours** for content creation and posting.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop **step-by-step video guides** on how to effectively use CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360 for CAM).
- **Post content regularly** on YouTube, ensuring that all tutorials are well-organized, clear, and easy to follow for learners at various skill levels.
- **Engage with viewers** through YouTube comments, answering questions, and creating a positive, educational environment.
- **Stay up-to-date** with the latest developments in CAD and CAM technologies, and integrate these updates into the tutorials.
- **Optimize content** by analyzing video performance and adjusting the teaching approach based on viewer feedback and YouTube analytics.
- **Collaborate with the Mastering Up team** to ensure the educational content aligns with the platform’s goals and audience needs.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Proficiency in CAD and CAM software** such as **AutoCAD**, **SolidWorks**, **Fusion 360**, **Mastercam**, and similar tools.
- **Experience in creating instructional content** on CAD/CAM software, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- **Experience in video content creation** with a focus on educational or technical tutorials.
- **Strong communication skills** to deliver clear, well-structured instructions.
- **Ability to work independently** and create high-quality content on a consistent basis.
- Basic **YouTube content management** and video editing skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Teaching or tutoring experience**, especially in CAD, CAM, or related fields.
- **Advanced certifications or degrees** in fields related to CAD/CAM technologies, such as mechanical engineering, industrial design, or manufacturing technologies.
- Familiarity with **3D printing**, **product design**, and **computer-aided manufacturing techniques**.
- Experience with **video editing software** such as **Adobe Premiere Pro**, **Final Cut Pro**, or similar tools.
- **Experience with online teaching platforms** and content management systems.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- **Revenue Share**: The instructor will receive **a one-time revenue share** from the income generated by the views of their videos on YouTube, based on the revenue earned within the first year of video publication.
