**About the Role**

As a BIM Instructor at Kaarwan, you’ll drive the next generation of professionals toward digital construction mastery. You won’t just teach—you’ll mentor, build curriculum, and shape the future of how BIM is learned across India and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver live, engaging, and structured online training sessions on Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows (Architecture / Structure / MEP).
- Mentor learners through real-world BIM project workflows, from concept to construction documentation.
- Develop course content, assignments, and assessments aligned with global industry standards (LOD 400+, 6D BIM).
- Provide constructive feedback and portfolio guidance to students.
- Collaborate with the core team to iterate and improve the program based on learner outcomes and feedback.
- Stay updated with BIM innovations, tools, and global standards; contribute to curriculum evolution.

**Must-Have Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and familiarity with Navisworks Manage, Dynamo, and other discipline-relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of LOD standards (especially LOD 350-400), BIM execution plans, and collaborative workflows.
- Prior experience working on real-world BIM projects (hypothetical, freelance or full-time) in architecture, interior design, or civil engineering contexts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- A genuine interest in teaching and mentoring.

**Good-to-Have**
- Teaching/training experience (online or offline) in BIM, Revit, or AEC tools.
- Exposure to 6D BIM, cost estimation, sustainability modeling, or facility management workflows.
- Experience with Clash detection, quantity takeoff, and interdisciplinary coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
