**Position Overview**:
Scholar Trail is currently seeking dedicated professionals for full-time Online English Language Instructor roles. These positions are entirely remote, allowing for a flexible and convenient work-from-home setup.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Video-Based Instruction**: Instructors are required to deliver all lessons via video conferencing. Audio-only sessions are supplementary.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- **Language Instruction**: Instructors will focus on enhancing students' abilities in key areas including reading, writing, speaking, and listening to facilitate comprehensive language acquisition.
- **Curriculum Development**: While course materials are provided, instructors have the freedom to design and implement supplementary lesson plans.
- **Student Assessment and Feedback**: Instructors will regularly assess student progress, provide targeted feedback, and offer strategies for language improvement.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain detailed records of student performance, attendance, and overall progress.
- **Collaborative Support**: Act as a mentor to peers, sharing insights and strategies to elevate educational outcomes across the board.

**Additional Duties**:

- Conduct introductory demo classes lasting 30-40 minutes.
- Assist students in understanding essay structure through examples and provide detailed feedback on their written work.

**Work Schedule**:

- This full-time position operates from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday, with two Saturdays off per month.

**Compensation**:

- Salary range is from ₹12,000 to ₹20,000 monthly.
- Compensation for freshers is based on student feedback, while pay for experienced instructors also considers their prior teaching background.
- Applicants must possess thorough knowledge of both spoken and written English, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Experience in reviewing and providing feedback on essays is crucial.
- A polished English accent is considered advantageous.
