**Prepare food**: Prepare dishes for their section, including cooking, presenting, and portioning
- **Ensure quality**: Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
- **Manage staff**: Supervise and train junior chefs, and assist other chefs
- **Maintain kitchen**: Keep the kitchen clean and organized, and ensure food is stored properly
- **Follow health and safety**: Ensure food hygiene standards are met, and follow health and safety rules
- **Control costs**: Monitor waste and portion control, and help reduce the use of resources
- **Help with menu development**: Assist the head chef or sous chef with developing new dishes and menus
- **Train staff**: Train junior chefs on their section, and help them stay motivated
- **Communicate with staff**: Maintain good communication with other chefs and staff
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
